STRAINERS

We are introducing FRP Strainers – Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Strainers, In the spirit of continual improvement, consistent with our commitment to ISO 9001:2015, we are launching another exciting new product line. An alternate to primary metal strainers, FRP Strainers can out-perform standard rubber lined carbon steel and alloy piping in fine particle slurries, limestone, gypsum, etc. “Conserva Composite" FRP / GRP Strainers are an ideal, cost effective choice for highly corrosive applications such as seawater DM industrial and chemical resistant applications. FRP Y Strainers, FRP Basket Strainers and FRP T Strainers are the optimum selection for critical applications requiring maximum resistance to corrosions, pressure and temperature.

Conserva Composite Strainers can be equipped with Bolted Covers, Hinged Covers, Clamped Covers, and a Davit Arm to make removal of large heavy covers safe and efficient. The wide spread list of options are available. Conserva Composite Strainers feature top removal of the screen. The screen is in the form of a basket, with a lifting handle, so that all particulate captured and retained by the screen can be easily removed for disposal. They are intended for applications where large amounts of solids particulate are expected and where the clean-out will be frequent. For easily flushable solids, a modified cone bottom basket can be tilted with manual blow-down through drain port.
