Conserva Composite PP Linings are well-acclaimed for their high strength and durability and robust capability in providing excellent protection in severe and chemically corrosive acid/alkali environments. We are engaged in design and installation of PP Lining that is fabricated from optimum quality raw materials as used as a protective lining in various applications. These PP sheets are 3 mm, 2 mm with 1.5 mm approximate thickness and is suitable for applications where extreme protection to corrosive chemicals is required such as chemical spillage areas & floors, neutralizing & effluent pits, chemical tanks & reservoirs, waste water treatment works and drains etc.,

We are specialist installers and applicators of total corrosion resistant using optimum quality raw materials. This PP lining is a high build lining capable of providing sustainable protection in very severe and chemically corrosive acid/alkali environments. The cured film is corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistant and is suitable for application to chemical containment vessels, tunnels, tanks, silos, reservoirs, neutralization pit and drainage channels etc.,

PP LINING PROPERTIES:

  • PPGL (Polypropylene with Glass Lined) has excellent chemical resistance and is absolute impervious to all types of acids / alkalis / solvents.
  • Strong Cohesive Property makes bonding with the parent surface near to permanent.
  • Bonding Strength with M.S. 26.05 kg/cm2
  • Bonding Strength with R.C.C. 38.65 kg/cm2
  • Tolerate back pressure from 10-20 kg/cm2
  • Wear loss 3.86 mm2 at applied load of 3N & 25.6 mtr.
  • It is stabilized against U. V. rays hence suitable for outdoor applications also.
  • Over-all cost much economical better than any other lining.
