MIXING / AGITATOR TANKS

Conserva Composite agitator mixing tanks are used for carrying out solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, Preparation and mixing. They are made for capacities from 500 Litters to 25000 Litters. Reactors are produced complete with the agitator, motor, gearbox, bearing housing and seal assembly. Supporting structure is also provided, Reactors are fabricated in FRP, FRB, FRVE, PP FRP, PVC FRP, CPVC FRP & MS FRP.

These agitator mixing tanks are used for carrying out mixing at atmospheric pressures. Agitators used are usually of larger diameter also Reactors are complete with agitator, motor, gearbox, bearing housing seal assembly. Supporting structure also provided.

Conserva Composite agitator mixing tanks you can elevate your mixer tank and install a cone and dish shaped bottom to provide to zero drain purpose. You also may wish to install your tank as a standard cylindrically shaped tank with a flat bottom. Agitators can be set up in several configurations. For example, they can be in the centre, offset, or mounted on the side wall of the tank. Our fibreglass engineers and professionals will help you determine the best configuration for your needs.
